Keto Broccoli Soup recipe


  1. Olive oil
  2. 5-ounces broccoli
  3. 6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  4. 1 cup chicken broth
  5. 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  6. 1 celery stalk
  7. 1 small carrot
  8. 1⁄2 onion
  9. salt


  • Add olive oil in a pot over medium heat
  • Add onion, carrot, celery and cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Add chicken broth and simmer for 4-5 minutes
  • Stir in broccoli and cream
  • Sprinkle in cheese and season with salt
