Keto Diet recipe Ginger Beef

Ingredients

  1. 2 sirloin steaks cut into strips
  2. 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  3. 2 small diced tomatoes
  4. 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  5. 1 small onion
  6. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  7. 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  8. Salt and pepper

 

Instructions

  1. Add oil to the skillet and cook the steak until browned, over medium-high heat.
  2. When the steaks are well seared, add the onions, garlic and tomatoes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the ginger, pepper, salt and vinegar.
  4. Reduce heat, cover and cook until the liquid evaporates. Enjoy your meal
